Canadian Education Park was built on former Canadian Forces Base Chilliwack. The 200 acre sites infrastructure and road network includes 1.8 km of watermain (150-300 mm), 2 km of storm sewer (200-900 mm), 1.6 km of sanitary sewer (150-375 mm), and 1.8 km of road construction. The project also included a 3.6 km extension of the “Legacy Walk”, which commemorates the area’s rich military history.
The work was performed while providing uninterrupted access to the R.C.M.P. Pacific Region Training Centre, Justice Institute of BC, University of the Fraser Valley's Chilliwack Campus, and the Canada Border Services Agency.
